ChrysCapital Advisors has acquired a significant minority stake in Thirumeni Finance Pvt. Ltd, a Bengaluru-based non-banking financial company (NBFC) that operates under the name Varthana. Varthana has raised Rs. 350 crore through a combination of a primary raise and secondary stake sales by investors lead by ChrysCapital, along with existing investors, reported Mint. CAM, NDA lead on Godrej’s 1,000 crore fund raise from GIC firm

Godrej Properties is raising Rs. 1,000 crore ($150 million) through preferential issue of shares to a Singapore-based GIC-managed investment company, Gamnat Pte. Ltd. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Godrej Properties with a team led by Partners  Yash Ashar and Nagavalli Gopalakrishna along with Principal Associate S Harish and Associate Amrita Mohan. Nishith Desai Associates acted for Gamnat with a team led by Leaders Nischal Joshipura and Ruchir Sinha along with Senior Associate Shreyas Bhushan.
